How to change or cancel orders?

If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact Customer Services by e-mail at sales@btgiftsandaccessories.co.uk or by phone +07849450277. Please be ready to give us the order number and the date on which the order was placed.

How to make a payment?

  
At Butterfly Treasures we are concerned with making payment convenient and secure for our customers.
 
1        We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, American Express, Master Card, Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron. We use Pay Pal.
2        You can pay by cheque. Just send a cheque to the following address: 3 Gorse Green, Bluebell, Peterborough, PE1 3XB. Cheques made payable to Manone.
3        You can pay by Gift voucher. Read more about payment by Gift voucher.
4       We accept phone orders.  If you do not feel comfortable entering your credit/debit card details on the website that is no problem. Please, call: 01733 346846.
 
We realise how important it is to keep your information secure. To process Internet payments we use Pay Pal electronic payment system, which is the most secure internet payment system currently in operation.





How orders will be delivered?

After receiving your payment we will send you an order confirmation e-mail. In this e-mail you will find information about delivery of your product.
 
If you haven't received this email within 24 hours of placing your order, or your product has not been delivered within the time-scale stated in the email, then please send us an email at sales@btgiftsandaccessories.co.uk or contact Customer Services by phone on +44 (0)1733 346846 any time between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
 
Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm.
 
 If you or the intended recipient is not available when our courier tries to deliver your purchase, they will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to make the delivery. Please follow the instructions on this card to rearrange the delivery or arrange to collect your products.

If you wish to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate Delivery form for each address.
 
If your order includes more than one item and you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you , please email us at sales@btgiftsandaccessories.co.uk or phone us on +44 (0)1733 346846.
 
Please bear in mind that, if for some reason we are not able to guarantee delivery within our usual time-scale, we will let you know by e-mail.
 
We are happy to deliver your product anywhere in the world. Please see below for delivery prices within the UK and Europe. If you would like your order delivered to Africa, America, Asia, or Australia, please contact Customer Services by email or phone to discuss the delivery price and time-scale before making your purchase.

Please note that some items may be out of stock at the time of your purchase, or your order may include made-to-order items. You will see the estimated delivery date below the photo of these items in the catalogue. We publish the delivery date in the catalogue only if it is different from our normal delivery time-scale.
 
Please, note that there are some large items in our collection and we charge extra to deliver these goods. If you would like to buy one of these items you will see the delivery price below the photo of the item photo in the catalogue.

 



How to return goods?

 
We hope you will be pleased with the goods you buy from us. However, if you need to return or exchange your purchase, we will be happy to assist you. Returns should be made within 30 days of purchase.
 
As soon as we get the information from you that you would like to return your purchase, we will contact you to arrange the return.
 
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange it as soon as it is received by us.
 
Please note: if the product has not been returned to us in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refunded amount.
 
Please note: we will refund delivery costs if the product is faulty or damaged, but not in cases where the product is simply unwanted.
 
Please note: There are several made-to-order items in our collection. Should you wish to cancel your made-to-order item it is unlikely that we will be able to sell it to another customer at its full selling price. We will therefore charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the full selling price.
